Service Award

Criteria for the Award.

The Thomas D. Larson Distinguished CUTC Service Award will be presented to an individual who has made outstanding contributions to the advancement of CUTC.  Any individual receiving this award must be, or have been, a member of CUTC.

Selection.

Annually, the executive committee will solicit nominations.  The executive committee will also determine who, if anyone, will receive the award that year.

Nominations.

Any member of CUTC may nominate an individual for this award.

Frequency.

As appropriate, this award will be presented no more frequently than once per year.  If the CUTC executive committee determines that no deserving candidate is nominated in any given year, the award will not be presented that year.

Award.

The award will consist of a nice, high-quality plaque or similar type of recognition.  A cash stipend will not be a part of this award.

Time of Presentation.

The recipient will recognized at an appropriate time during the CUTC Summer Meeting.
