CUTC Lifetime Achievement in Transportation Research and Education Award
The CUTC Award for Lifetime Achievement in Transportation Research and Education was instituted in 2004 to honor those individuals who have contributed immensely throughout their professional lives to transportation research and education. The award honors individuals who have served primarily in government, business on non-governmental organizations and have legislatively, programmatically or administratively supported transportation research and education.
Any individual may be chosen each year by the CUTC Executive Committee from a list of nominees submitted by CUTC members. The award is not necessarily granted each year, but is presented at the CUTC Awards banquet preceding the TRB Annual Meeting.
