• Read Article III (Membership) of the CUTC Bylaws.
• Complete the Application for Membership form.
• Printout a hard copy of the Application for Membership form and return it completed with a supporting letter and documentation as defined in Article III of the CUTC Bylaws to Holly DiGangi at the address listed at the bottom of this page.
